Irfan Raza

Irfan Raza is the Founder and President of Raza Homes LLC, a real estate investment management and development company focused on single-family and multifamily properties in the greater Philadelphia area. Irfan began building a proprietary real estate portfolio in 2009 while working as a public accountant for Withum, Smith & Brown. In 2015, he founded Raza Homes LLC and transitioned to focusing on real estate brokerage and development full time.
Since 2009, Irfan has lead the renovation or development of over 125 properties worth approx. $20MM, developing a loyal network of private investors. In 2017, Irfan founded Property Buyer Connect, a direct acquisition company, to complement his brokerage and rental business. Irfan currently manages a portfolio of over 100 properties in Philadelphia. Irfan earned his CPA in 2009 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in 2008, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
