Ayman Ismail

Ayman Ismail is an international award-winning executive. He started his career over 30 years ago at P&G, and went on to become the creator of PepsiCo’s successful CSR plan. Mr. Ismail is well known for his ability to formulate and drive new initiatives to optimize business efficiencies, empower teams, and question conventional assumptions to reveal opportunities and pitfalls. Ayman served as Chairman of the Board for Endeavor Egypt, part of the global nonprofit organization focused on long-term economic growth through the empowerment of entrepreneurs.
Ayman currently serves as Chairman of Al Ahly Sports Facilities Company and is on the Board of the School of Business at the American University in Cairo. Ayman established the Real Estate Academy in Egypt in cooperation with the American University in Cairo and the National University of Singapore. Ayman is a graduate of Harvard University.
