Forrest Cobble is an analyst for MMA Capital Management LLC, the investment management firm of MMA Capital Partners, LLC and other MMA investment companies. Forrest supports the acquisitions and investor relations functions at MMA, including investment research, underwriting, diligence, fundraising, and reporting.
Prior to joining MMA, Forrest held positions at Foxfield LLC – a private, Boston-based real estate investment firm – and Goldman Sachs Agency Lending, specializing in investment underwriting and investor relations.
Forrest earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University in 2020 with honors, graduating magna cum laude.
